On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the Congress, highlighting their consistent verbal attacks against him. He also claimed that the party had opposed the nomination of the country's first tribal woman President, Droupadi Murmu. Speaking at a campaign rally in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi district, ahead of the November 17 assembly elections, he emphasized the Congress's alleged focus solely on the tribal vote bank rather than their well-being. Furthermore, he mentioned the party's absence at the swearing-in ceremony of the nation's first tribal chief information commissioner, despite receiving an early invitation.

Additionally, the prime minister underscored his administration's success in preventing scams and consequently preserving the associated funds, which were then allocated to welfare programs for underprivileged citizens. He noted that the 'PM Vishwakarma' scheme, tailored for traditional artisans and craftsmen, was receiving an investment of Rs 13,000 crore. PM Modi also highlighted the progress of a significant solar power center in the Vindhya region of the state, which his government was actively developing.
