Three adult men were shot and killed outside a residence in Osceola County on Saturday afternoon, prompting a swift law enforcement response and the arrest of a suspect, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched at approximately 12:14 p.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire in the Indian Point Subdivision near Kissimmee. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene within minutes and located the victims at a home on Indian Point Circle.
Upon arrival at 296 Indian Point Circle, deputies discovered three adult males lying in front of the residence, all of whom had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Emergency responders pronounced the victims dead at the scene.
Investigators quickly identified and located a suspect in the case. Authorities confirmed that 29-year-old Ahmad Jihad Bojeh was detained shortly after the shooting. He has since been arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he faces three counts of murder.
Osceola County Sheriff Christopher Blackmon addressed the public following the incident, emphasizing that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
“There is no threat to the community, as a suspect of these horrific and senseless murders has been caught and arrested by Osceola County deputies,” Sheriff Blackmon stated.
During a media briefing on Sunday, Sheriff Blackmon provided additional insight into the sequence of events. According to the sheriff’s office, deputies arrived on scene at 12:19 p.m., just five minutes after the initial emergency calls were received. While securing the area, deputies observed the suspect fleeing toward 298 Indian Point Drive, a location later confirmed to be the suspect’s residence.
The investigation into the circumstances and motive behind the shooting remains ongoing, as detectives continue to gather evidence and interview witnesses.
