An investigation into the Tuesday massacre in Jaffa, in which seven people were killed, revealed that the attackers, residents of Hebron, entered Jaffa through a checkpoint near Jerusalem.
The investigation also found that the attackers went to a mosque, where they briefly stayed and prayed before carrying out the deadly attack.
Upon hearing cries of "Allah Akbar," it became clear that this was a nationalist incident. The two suspects were then confronted and neutralized by security personnel and a citizen shopping at a grocery store.
The police and Shin Bet are still investigating whether the attackers had nationalist motives prior to the attack.
