The much awaited women’s bill has been passed in both the houses with majority and now the opposition is dividing women on the basis of caste and religion. Well the opposition parties stalled the women's bill for three decades and now they are trying to divide women on the basis of caste and religion when the bill is passed.
It is a major victory for the ruling government that they passed the bill with majority and now as the opposition can see how everyone especially every woman is celebrating this win they have become furious to put something against the bill. The BJP government is trying their best to help each and every citizen of the country and women’s bill is one of them and there the opposition would definitely go against the bill and create chaos.

PM Modi named the women’s bill as Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, alternatively referred to as The Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-Eighth Amendment) Bill of 2023 or simply the Women's Reservation Bill 2023, has been presented in the Indian Parliament. This significant bill made its debut in the Lok Sabha on the 19th of September 2023, during a special parliamentary session. Its primary objective is to reserve 33 percent of the seats in the Lok Sabha, as well as state legislative assemblies, for women who are directly elected.
The bill represents the culmination of a 27-year-long legislative debate, including the previously lapsed Women's Reservation Bill in 2010, which was stalled due to a lack of consensus among political parties. It's worth noting that this bill was the first to be discussed in the new parliament building. On September 20, 2023, the Lok Sabha passed the bill with overwhelming support, garnering 454 votes in favor and only two against.
Subsequently, the Rajya Sabha unanimously passed the bill on September 21, 2023, with 214 votes in favor and none against. This development signifies that the reservation will soon be implemented following the first delimitation, which was frozen until 2026. We as a citizen of the country feel proud to have a leader like Modiji, who thinks that nation is his first priority and developing the country is one of his major goals.
